If you notice that the product was damaged at customs/general post office/shipping warehouse, customer should REFUSE to collect it and immediately inform officers there and USLanka.com. Also if the package is not arrived within standard time frame please inform us immediately. USLanka.com will issue a replacement once the insurance company informs us if the package is lost or damaged. This process may take from 30 – 60 days.
